Sistem Monitoring dan Analisis Bottleneck Berbasis Internet of Things pada Lini Produksi Eksperimental untuk Mendukung Digitalisasi Produksi Skala Kecil

Industri skala kecil membutuhkan sistem monitoring produksi yang sederhana dan terjangkau untuk mendukung digitalisasi. Namun, pencatatan data produksi masih sering dilakukan secara manual sehingga analisis bottleneck menjadi kurang efektif dan cenderung subjektif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem monitoring produksi berbasis IoT pada lini produksi eksperimental menggunakan ESP32, barcode scanner, koneksi Wi-Fi, Apps Script, dan Spreadsheet sebagai media penyimpanan data berbasis cloud. Sistem digunakan untuk merekam parameter produksi berupa cycle time, idle time, throughput, dan WIP. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mencatat, memproses, dan mengirimkan data produksi secara real-time dengan tingkat ketepatan yang baik, sehingga analisis performa produksi dapat dilakukan secara lebih objektif, cepat, terukur, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan operasional. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan memantau data produksi secara real-time, sehingga stasiun dengan cycle time tertinggi dapat diidentifikasi sebagai bottleneck utama secara objektif, sekaligus menunjukkan potensi penerapan smart manufacturing pada lingkungan produksi skala kecil.
