Implementasi Balanced Scorecard dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fatah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) sebagai alat manajemen strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fatah. Dengan jumlah 313 siswa dan 35 guru serta dukungan fasilitas yang memadai, madrasah ini memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan kompetitif di tingkat regional maupun nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis empat perspektif utama dalam BSC, yaitu perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif terkait kondisi aktual madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BSC mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan organisasi, memperbaiki kualitas layanan pendidikan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan stakeholder, termasuk siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Selain itu, BSC juga membantu madrasah dalam menyelaraskan visi dan misi dengan strategi operasional secara lebih sistematis, terukur, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga mampu mendukung pencapaian tujuan jangka panjang lembaga pendidikan secara optimal dan berdaya saing tinggi.
