Transformasi Regulasi Emosi sebagai Fondasi Ketahanan Akademik Siswa Remaja Indonesia: Systematic Literature Review

Siswa remaja membutuhkan pengelolaan emosi adaptif agar tetap terlibat dan mampu bangkit dari kegagalan akademik. Systematic literature review ini menyintesis bukti tentang peran regulasi emosi dalam resiliensi akademik, khususnya bagi sekolah menengah Indonesia. Mengikuti PRISMA 2020, penelusuran Google Scholar, ERIC, PubMed/PMC, DOAJ, dan portal jurnal nasional mencakup publikasi 2016–Juli 2026. Empat belas studi memenuhi kriteria. Regulasi adaptif terutama penilaian ulang kognitif, kesadaran, kejelasan dan penerimaan emosi, kontrol impuls, serta akses strategi secara konsisten berkaitan dengan ketekunan, keterlibatan, efikasi diri, persepsi positif terhadap sekolah, dan pemulihan setelah kegagalan. Dukungan sosial, harga diri, dan efikasi diri memperkuat jalur tersebut, sedangkan penekanan dan kesulitan regulasi melemahkan adaptasi. Temuan mendukung program preventif bertingkat yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran, konseling, dan keterlibatan keluarga. Regulasi emosi perlu ditempatkan sebagai kompetensi inti yang dapat dikembangkan untuk memperkuat resiliensi akademik remaja.
