Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Math Kids untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Penjumlahan Bilangan Bulat pada Murid Hambatan Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar penjumlahan bilangan bulat pada murid dengan hambatan belajar kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Pandan melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan aplikasi Math Kids dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Arikunto yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas tiga murid dengan hambatan belajar. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar dan observasi aktivitas murid serta keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan Math Kids mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar murid secara bertahap, dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 38,87% pada pra tindakan menjadi 61,11% pada Siklus I dan 88,89% pada Siklus II. Partisipasi aktif murid juga meningkat dari 52,08% menjadi 83,33%, sedangkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat dari 85% pada Siklus I menjadi 100% pada Siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning berbantuan Math Kids efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar penjumlahan bilangan bulat serta partisipasi belajar murid dengan hambatan belajar.
