Model Manajemen Pembelajaran Kolaboratif Berbasis Kepemimpinan Instruksional pada Jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama di DKI Jakarta

Perkembangan pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut penerapan pembelajaran kolaboratif yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan keterampilan peserta didik, namun implementasinya di SMP masih belum berjalan optimal karena lemahnya manajemen pembelajaran dan kepemimpinan instruksional di sekolah. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pembelajaran kolaboratif cenderung berlangsung secara parsial dan belum terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model manajemen pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis kepemimpinan instruksional pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan metode campuran (mixed methods) melalui tahapan studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, validasi ahli, revisi, dan uji coba terbatas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas kolaboratif siswa, keterlibatan guru, supervisi akademik, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Model ini juga mampu memperkuat peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin instruksional dalam menciptakan budaya pembelajaran kolaboratif di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, model yang dikembangkan direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif strategi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran pada jenjang SMP.
