EDUKASI POLA BISNIS DI MASA NEW NORMAL

Dalam era new normal setelah masa pandemic covid 19 selesai, lingkungan bisnis yang berubah serta persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan kompleks. Hal tersebut menyebabkan perubahan pola bisnis. Edukasi pola bisnis baru bagi UMKM menjadi semakin penting. Edukasi pola bisnis yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan. Materi edukasi pola bisnis melupiti strategi pemasaran dan setrategi keuangan. Meteri pelatihan disesuaikan dengan hasil analisa terhadap kebutuhan UMKM. Pendampingan dilakukan agar hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan dapat di terapkan pada bisnis UMKM. Dengan mengikuti edukasi pola bisnis, UMKM dapat memperkuat bisnis mereka dan menghadapi tantangan bisnis dengan lebih baik.
