Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berfokus pada pengumpulan data numerik yang dapat dianalisis secara statistik dan analis teknik menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Data yang berhasil terkumpul diuji menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Penelitian ini melibatkan 120 responden. Hasil empiris dari penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Namun, employee engagement tidak mendukung hipotesis dan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Variabel stress kerja dan employee engagement secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawan adalah stres kerja.
