Efektivitas Penguatan Program Klik GITA Berbasis Keluarga terhadap Perubahan Perilaku Orangtua dan Risiko Karies Dini Balita di Puskesmas Puloampel, Kabupaten Serang

Program KLIK GITA (Konseling, Literasi, dan Komunikasi Kesehatan Gigi Balita) merupakan inovasi promosi kesehatan berbasis keluarga untuk mencegah Early Childhood Caries (ECC) melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, self-efficacy, dan praktik pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi orangtua. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penguatan Program KLIK GITA terhadap perubahan perilaku orangtua dan risiko karies dini balita di UPT Puskesmas Puloampel, Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group dengan follow-up 7 hari. Sampel terdiri dari 66 orangtua balita (33 intervensi; 33 kontrol) yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dalam pengetahuan (MD=1,788), sikap (MD=4,394), self-efficacy (MD=3,606), dan praktik (MD=5,970), serta penurunan risiko karies dini (MD=-3,697) dengan p=0,000. Perubahan skor kelompok intervensi secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kontrol (p=0,000). Penguatan Program KLIK GITA efektif meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan gigi orangtua dan menurunkan risiko ECC, sehingga berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai model intervensi promotif-preventif berbasis keluarga di puskesmas.
