Abstract

Krisis lingkungan global telah mendorong transformasi tata kelola lingkungan global dari tata kelola berbasis negara menuju sistem yang lebih multi-aktor, transnasional, dan lintas tingkat. Meskipun publikasi dalam bidang ini berkembang pesat, kajian yang ada masih terfragmentasi antara dimensi institusi, kebijakan, dan implementasi tata kelola . Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan studi tata kelola lingkungan global melalui analisis integrasi bibliometrik dan tinjauan literatur sistematik (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan arsitektur governance yang ditandai dengan penguatan jaringan transnasional, meningkatnya keterlibatan aktor non-negara, serta integrasi prinsip keinginan dalam kebijakan global. Perkembangan tersebut berkaitan dengan munculnya pemerintahan adaptif , pemerintahan polisentris , dan instrumen berbasis pasar. Namun, tata kelola transformasi juga memunculkan fragmentasi kelembagaan, ketimpangan kapasitas implementasi, dan kesenjangan antara Global North dan Global South. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memetakan evolusi institusi, dinamika kebijakan, serta arah perkembangan kajian tata kelola lingkungan global secara lebih integratif dan sistematis.
