Nyeri punggung bawah (LBP) non-spesifik merupakan kontributor utama disabilitas global yang menurunkan produktivitas pekerja secara signifikan. Masalah ini menjadi krusial untuk diteliti karena tidak hanya dipicu oleh faktor fisik, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh aspek psikososial. Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan menyintesis bukti ilmiah terkait hubungan kualitas tidur dan stres kerja terhadap derajat disabilitas fungsional pada pekerja. Metode penelitian ini mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan menelaah artikel dari basis data PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar periode 2021–2026. Kriteria inklusi mencakup studi observasional primer pada pekerja sedentari yang menggunakan instrumen baku seperti PSQI dan ODI. Hasil sintesis mengonfirmasi bahwa buruknya kualitas tidur dan tingginya stres kerja secara konsisten berkorelasi dengan peningkatan disabilitas fungsional. Gangguan tidur terbukti menghambat proses pemulihan jaringan, sementara stres memperburuk ketegangan neuromuskular. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa disabilitas akibat LBP bersifat multifaktorial. Sebagai simpulan, intervensi fisioterapi tidak boleh hanya berfokus pada sisi biomekanis, tetapi wajib mengintegrasikan pendekatan biopsikososial melalui manajemen tidur dan stres guna mengoptimalkan pemulihan serta produktivitas karyawan secara jangka panjang.
