Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Tenaga Kesehatan Pasca-Pandemi

Krisis pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan tekanan luar biasa terhadap sistem pelayanan kesehatan global, termasuk terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga medis. Dalam konteks pemulihan pasca-pandemi, gaya kepemimpinan menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas kinerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit umum daerah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 tenaga kesehatan (dokter, perawat, dan tenaga administrasi). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, kinerja, dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (β = 0,62; p < 0,01) serta kesejahteraan psikologis (β = 0,55; p < 0,01). Implikasi dari hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam menciptakan iklim kerja suportif, membangun motivasi intrinsik, dan memperkuat resilien emosional di lingkungan kerja medis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor kesehatan yang berorientasi pada keseimbangan antara produktivitas dan kesejahteraan psikologis.
