Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menganalisis bakat dan minat karier siswa berdasarkan teori karier Holland yang difokuskan pada tipe kepribadian enterprising dan konvensional. Hasil pengabdian didapatkan 17,2% siswa memiliki tipe kepribadian enterprising dan 10,3% siswa memiliki tipe kepribadian konvensional. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SMP Bilingual Terpadu.
