Abstract

Wisata kuliner merupakan segmen pariwisata yang mampu menghadirkan pengalaman autentik sekaligus merepresentasikan identitas budaya suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan kajian wisata kuliner berbasis kearifan lokal serta kontribusinya terhadap daya tarik destinasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Data diperoleh dari basis data Scopus menggunakan kata kunci terkait kearifan lokal, wisata kuliner, dan daya tarik destinasi. Dari 55 artikel yang ditemukan, 14 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi berdasarkan tahun publikasi, bidang ilmu, jenis dokumen, bahasa, dan aksesibilitas. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, struktur tematik, jaringan kata kunci, dan kolaborasi penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat klaster utama, yaitu perilaku dan motivasi wisatawan, pengembangan destinasi berbasis gastronomi, warisan budaya dan keberlanjutan, serta wisata kuliner sebagai konsep penghubung. Kearifan lokal terbukti berperan dalam menciptakan pengalaman autentik, memperkuat identitas budaya, meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi, dan mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata.
