Abstract

Tekanan urbanisasi di Indonesia meningkatkan kebutuhan lahan terbangun dan mendorong alih fungsi lahan pertanian yang berpotensi mengancam ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keberlanjutan ketahanan pangan Wilayah Kedungsepur sebagai kawasan metropolitan sekaligus lumbung pangan nasional. Analisis dilakukan melalui proyeksi tutupan lahan tahun 2032 menggunakan data GLC-FCS30D dan algoritma Cellular Automata (CA), kemudian dibandingkan dengan peta DUC-GHSL untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitannya dengan tekanan urbanisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan pertanian diproyeksikan menurun sebesar 3.674,81 ha, dengan 45% dari lahan yang berubah beralih menjadi lahan terbangun. Pola persebaran lahan terbangun tahun 2032 juga sejalan dengan pusat-pusat urban pada peta DUC-GHSL. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa kehilangan lahan pertanian di Kedungsepur merupakan konsekuensi dari meningkatnya tekanan urbanisasi. Penelitian merekomendasikan integrasi indeks ketahanan pangan, produktivitas lahan, dan data urbanisasi beresolusi lebih tinggi, serta penguatan koordinasi antarwilayah dalam pengendalian penggunaan lahan.
