Abstract

Program Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) memiliki peran penting dalam mengendalikan risiko operasional pada lingkungan kerja yang melibatkan pergerakan kendaraan, aktivitas lapangan, pemeriksaan peralatan, serta mobilisasi pekerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan program HSE pada Jobsite Wetar dengan menggunakan data inspeksi, observasi, speed check, Fit to Work (FTW), kontrol jam tidur, fatigue test, dan PICA/BSC. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif terhadap data sekunder yang telah diolah secara agregat dan anonim. Periode analisis mencakup Semester II 2025 dan data Mei 2026. Pada Semester II 2025, tercatat 141 inspeksi, 153 observasi, 165 speed check, 1.786 pemeriksaan FTW, 78 kegiatan kontrol jam tidur, dan 67 temuan PICA. Hasil speed check menunjukkan 154 catatan patuh (93,33%) dan 11 pelanggaran (6,67%). Sementara itu, data FTW mengidentifikasi 348 pemeriksaan (19,48%) dengan minimal satu indikator tidak sesuai, yang didominasi oleh durasi tidur kurang dari enam jam sebanyak 229 kasus. Pada Mei 2026, data yang tersedia menunjukkan 655 inspeksi, 367 observasi, 267 speed check, 263 pemeriksaan FTW, 4 kegiatan kontrol jam tidur, dan 906 catatan BSC/PICA. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan HSE telah terdokumentasi secara aktif, tetapi penguatan fatigue management, konsistensi tindak lanjut, dan validasi data PICA/BSC masih perlu menjadi prioritas perbaikan.
