Penerapan Algoritma C4.5 untuk Klasifikasi Tingkat Kesiapan Digital Masyarakat Pedesaan di Provinsi Papua Barat

Kesenjangan adopsi teknologi di wilayah pedesaan masih menjadi tantangan dalam transformasi digital Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan tingkat kesiapan digital masyarakat pedesaan di Provinsi Papua Barat menggunakan pendekatan komputasional. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring terhadap 400 responden yang mencakup karakteristik demografis dan indikator kompetensi digital fungsional. Algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5 digunakan untuk membentuk model klasifikasi dan mengidentifikasi atribut prediktor utama. Kinerja model diuji menggunakan 10-Fold Cross Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 53,50% responden berada pada kategori kesiapan digital sedang. Model C4.5 menghasilkan akurasi 88,75%, presisi 87,92%, recall 88,21%, dan F1-Score 88,06%. Literasi digital menjadi prediktor paling dominan dengan nilai gain ratio 0,421, melampaui faktor infrastruktur dan demografis. Algoritma C4.5 terbukti andal dalam memetakan kesiapan digital masyarakat secara objektif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pergeseran kebijakan dari perluasan infrastruktur menuju penguatan literasi digital fungsional dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan.
