Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis academic persistence siswa dalam menghadapi tryout UTBK pada pembelajaran online di platform bimbingan belajar online Cerebrum. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai cara siswa dalam mempertahankan konsistensi belajar serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persistence siswa selama proses persiapan UTBK. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa academic persistence tidak hanya berkaitan dengan ketekunan belajar, tetapi juga kemampuan siswa dalam mempertahankan motivasi, mengelola hambatan belajar, serta melakukan refleksi dan perbaikan strategi belajar secara berkelanjutan selama persiapan UTBK pada pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada penyelenggara pembelajaran online untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu mendukung academic persistence siswa melalui penguatan target belajar, evaluasi tryout, dan pengendalian distraksi belajar.
