<p>Kegiatan pembibitan tanaman memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pelestarian lingkungan sekaligus pemberdayaan masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan usaha pembibitan yang dilakukan oleh PT Rumawan Pusaka Negeri serta dampaknya terhadap aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan analisis terhadap proses produksi, perawatan, serta pemasaran bibit tanaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembibitan ini mampu memproduksi dan mendistribusikan bibit dalam jumlah besar, dengan capaian hingga 835.000 bibit pada tahun 2025 serta jangkauan distribusi yang luas di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat sekitar melalui pembukaan lapangan kerja dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Dalam aspek lingkungan, usaha ini berkontribusi dalam mendukung program penghijauan dan rehabilitasi lahan yang bekerja sama dengan berbagai instansi, khususnya pemerintah. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kendala dalam akses pasar bagi penangkar serta ketergantungan pada proyek tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan strategi pemasaran dan diversifikasi pasar guna menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Secara keseluruhan, usaha pembibitan ini menunjukkan potensi sebagai model usaha yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat sosial dan lingkungan.</p>A. <table width="605"> <tbody> <tr> <td rowspan="2" width="429"> <p><strong><em>Abstract: </em></strong><em>Banjir merupakan bencana hidrometeorologi yang sering terjadi di Indonesia dan berdampak pada peningkatan masalah kesehatan, khususnya penyakit kulit akibat paparan air tercemar, lingkungan lembap, serta keterbatasan sanitasi. Kondisi ini memerlukan intervensi yang cepat, efektif, dan mudah diterapkan oleh masyarakat terdampak. </em><em>Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) serta pemanfaatan bahan herbal dalam mengatasi penyakit kulit pasca banjir. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif dengan desain pretest–posttest pada 50 responden di wilayah terdampak banjir. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan (koordinasi, perizinan, dan penyusunan instrumen), pelaksanaan (edukasi PHBS, pemanfaatan lidah buaya dan daun sirih, serta pemeriksaan dan pemberian salep), dan evaluasi (penilaian struktur, proses, dan output melalui hasil pretest dan posttest).</em> <em>Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 90% responden mengalami keluhan kulit. Pengetahuan PHBS meningkat dari kategori kurang (90%) menjadi baik (82%), sedangkan pengetahuan penggunaan bahan herbal meningkat dari 0% menjadi 86%.</em> <em>Kesimpulan: Program Gerakan Cepat Tanggap Gatal (GerCep Gatal) efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan penanganan penyakit kulit, serta berpotensi menjadi model intervensi berbasis komunitas yang praktis dan aplikatif pada kondisi pasca bencana.</em></p> </td> <td width="0"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Yusmalia HidayatiBilqis Nur MustofaWiwiek Elsada Nainggolan

<p><em>This study is motivated by the low quality of Qur’anic learning in Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ), particularly in terms of learning interactivity and students’ mastery of tajwid. In addition, local assets within the TPQ environment have not been optimally utilized to support the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of a local asset-based learning assistance model integrated with interactive education and tajwid muyassar guidance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that local asset-based assistance enhances student participation and engagement through more contextual and interactive learning. The implementation of interactive educational strategies transforms the learning pattern from teacher-centered to participatory. Meanwhile, tajwid muyassar guidance proves effective in improving students’ fashāhah from 16.7% to 73.3%, understanding of tajwid theory from 50% to 80%, and practical application of tajwid from 18.2% to 76.4%. These findings confirm that the integration of a local asset-based approach, interactive education, and tajwid muyassar constitutes an effective model for improving the quality of Qur’anic learning. <p><em>The low level of fiqh literacy among rural communities and the suboptimal function of mushalla as centers of religious learning form the basis of this community service, which aims to improve the understanding and practice of religious activities through the revitalization of Mushalla Baitul Ma’mur as a community-based fiqh literacy center. This program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of planning, implementation, and participatory evaluation stages. The activities were carried out through the establishment of a Fiqh Literacy Corner and the implementation of regular study sessions using an intergenerational halaqah model involving 30 participants across 17 meetings. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ fiqh understanding, with an N-Gain score of 0.67 (moderate category) and 90% of participants showing learning improvement. Additionally, there was increased participation in discussions, greater independence in religious practices, and strengthened intergenerational social interaction. The intergenerational halaqah model proved effective in fostering participatory and contextual learning, while challenges such as resistance from certain participants were addressed through persuasive approaches and reinforcement of discussion norms. <table width="605"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="429"> <p><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong><em>The problem of waste management and the marginal economic conditions of the scrap collector community are the main background of this community service. The program aims to improve the economic welfare of the scrap collector community in Kedunglosari Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency through an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The method used includes five ABCD stages (Discovery, Dreaming, Design, Define, Delivery) with asset identification activities, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), scrap sorting and processing training, and the formation of the Joint Business Group (KUB) "Rosok Sejahtera". The subjects of mentoring were 15–20 heads of scrap collector families. The results showed an increase in average daily income of 30–40% (from Rp40,000–Rp60,000 to Rp60,000–Rp90,000), strengthening social solidarity, reducing negative stigma, and reducing the volume of village waste. The ABCD approach has proven effective in encouraging economic independence of the informal sector based on local assets. <p><em>KUB ZIAE Sembalun Bumbung is a souvenir center located on the main tourist route of Sembalun, offering products such as black garlic, organic red rice, Rinjani coffee, and dried beans. However, this business faces challenges including weak brand identity, low visibility, and the absence of digital presence. Limited digital literacy among managers also results in reliance on conventional promotion methods. This community service program aimed to enhance KUB ZIAE’s competitiveness through two key strategies: (1) strengthening offline visual identity with signboards, banners, and product labels; and (2) developing digital assets such as Google Business Profile, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, along with content creation training. A participatory approach was applied, including needs assessment, co-design, intensive training, and on-site mentoring. The results showed improved business visibility with the installation of signboards and banners, while new product labels increased consumer trust. On the digital side, the Google Business account successfully appeared in search results, Instagram posts reached hundreds of accounts, and members gained skills in creating and managing promotional content. <p><em>The low level of Qur’anic literacy at the elementary education level remains a fundamental problem hindering the internalization of religious values among the younger generation. In rural areas, this phenomenon is escalated by a shortage of competent educators and the dominance of monotonous, conventional pedagogical methods. Such conditions lead to stagnation in learning outcomes, necessitating strategic intervention through community empowerment programs. This research aims to revitalize the Qur’anic Education Center (TPQ) in Juwet Village to ensure a more effective, adaptive, and sustainable religious knowledge transmission process. Methodologically, this study adopts a qualitative approach within a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework. The researchers were actively involved in instructional dynamics to empirically identify barriers. Grounded in transformative education theory, strengthening teacher capacity is positioned as the primary instrument of change. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and periodic evaluations of students’ tajwid competence and reading fluency to establish a continuous improvement cycle. The findings indicate that intensive mentoring interventions significantly enhance student learning motivation and accelerate material comprehension. Furthermore, the program successfully optimized the standardization of teachers’ recitation quality through the implementation of systematic and measurable instructional methods. The implications of this study emphasize that a sustainable mentoring model is a key determinant in transforming the quality of religious education in rural regions. Praktik yang berkembang cenderung bergantung pada tradisi dibandingkan dengan rujukan hukum Islam yang otoritatif, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan konflik internal.</em> <em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat moderasi beragama melalui edukasi fikih jenazah dengan meningkatkan literasi hukum, menumbuhkan sikap inklusif, serta mendorong terciptanya harmoni sosial.</em> <em>Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain sosio-legal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Program dilaksanakan melalui seminar dan praktik pengurusan jenazah dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat.</em> <em>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tata cara pengurusan jenazah yang sesuai dengan hukum Islam. <p>Minimnya pemahaman yang mendalam tentang fikih shalat seringkali berimplikasi pada aspek teknis peribadatan, salah satunya yaitu adanya ketidak sesuaian penggunaan mukena di kalangan jama’ah muslimah yang ada di wilayah dusun Bogem. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara syarat sah shalat menutup aurat secara sempurna dengan praktik budaya berpakaian yang selama ini diwariskan secara turun temurun. Tanpa pemahaman yang persisi mengenai batas aurat ketika melaksanakan ibadah shalat, kualitas ritual shalat menjadi rentan secara hukum fikih. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan eksperimen metode demonstrasi yang di intergrasikan dengan teori belajar sosial. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena efektivitasnya dalam merekonstruksi pemahaman jama’ah melalui proses observasi, imitasi, dan identifikasi perilaku secara langsung. Melalui peragaan praktis, jama’ah tidak hanya menyerap teori secara kognitif, tetapi juga mampu mempraktikkan cara penggunaan mukena yang benar dan sesuai dengan syari’at Islam. Standar utama yang diproyeksikan dalam pendampingan ini merupakan perumusan standar baku penggunaan mukena syar’i yang bersifat adabtif. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan antara unsur kearifan lokal dusun Bogem dengan standar hukum Islam dalam menutup aurat. Hasil yang diharapkan berupa panduan praktis yang memastikan bahwa lekuk tubuh dan batas aurat dapat tertutup dengan sempurna tanpa harus menghilangkan identitas budaya setempat. Standarisasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas ibadah muslimah dusun Bogem, sekaligus menjadi model edukasi fikih aplikatif yang dapat direplikasikan di wilayah lain dengan tantangan serupa. <p><em>Rendahnya Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) pendidikan tinggi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan transisi dari pendidikan menengah ke perguruan tinggi. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi, keterbatasan informasi, serta persepsi siswa terhadap dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa SMA/SMK di Kota Pangkalpinang terkait pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, serta sesi motivasi dan berbagi pengalaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya pendidikan lanjutan, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan munculnya pertanyaan kritis terkait jalur pendidikan, peluang kerja, dan beasiswa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mengidentifikasi kendala utama yang dihadapi siswa, yaitu faktor ekonomi, kurangnya akses informasi, dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pendidikan merupakan intervensi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi studi lanjut.
