The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design using the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral model, which was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages. The participants were 35 elementary students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using descriptive techniques. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ learning interest across three indicators—attention, active participation, and positive attitude toward learning activities. The average percentage of learning interest increased from 40.37% in the pre-cycle, to 53.80% in Cycle I, and reached 73.84% in Cycle II. These results indicate that the STAD model successfully created an engaging, collaborative, and student-centered learning environment. The use of “mystery card” learning media during the STAD process also enhanced students’ motivation and engagement. Therefore, the STAD model proved effective in increasing students’ interest in learning Mathematics at the elementary school level.
Mona Novita, Ayu Arisma Ningsih, Mohammad Khan Ahmadi Copyright (c) 2025 ARMADA : Jurnal Penelitian Multidisiplin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1785 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Managing Dryland and Water: A Review of Chapter 4 Soils and Water in the Book Managing Dryland Resources – An Extension Manual for Eastern and Southern Africa https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1790
Drylands are areas that are vulnerable to environmental degradation due to low rainfall, soil erosion, and limited water resources. The book Managing Dryland Resources – An Extension Manual for Eastern and Southern Africa (IIRR, 2002) presents a variety of practical approaches to managing these challenges. This article reviews Chapter 4: Soils and Water, which focuses on soil and water conservation strategies, pit composting, irrigation and drip irrigation utilization, rainwater harvesting, and sandy river water utilization innovations. The results of the review show that this chapter is strong in presenting field experience and local wisdom combined with modern technology, although it is still limited in quantitative data and socio-economic analysis. These findings confirm that the chapter is relevant as a practical guide for smallholders, extension workers, and stakeholders in sustainable agricultural management in arid regions, both in Africa and in similar regions such as West and East Nusa Tenggara in Indonesia.
Raodatul Putri, Suwardji Copyright (c) 2025 ARMADA : Jurnal Penelitian Multidisiplin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1790 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pengelolaan Manajemen Yayasan Terhadap Guru Dalam Pelaksanaan Nilai-Nilai Pancasila di Lembaga Kursus Dan Pelatihan Ayumi Kabupaten Deli Serdang https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1796
The Institute of Courses and Training (LKP) as part of informal education plays a crucial role in the development of human resources (HR). LKP not only functions as a place to improve learners' technical skills but also as a vehicle to internalize moral and ethical values, including the values of Pancasila. This study aims to assess the implementation of Pancasila values among teachers and learners at Ayumi Deli Serdang Course and Training Institute. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with the foundation, teachers, and students at Ayumi Deli Serdang Course and Training Institute and observations to directly observe the implementation of Pancasila values in training activities and foundation management. Overall, interviews with the three sample groups showed a strong connection between the management of the foundation management, teacher support, and the impact of learning on students in the application of Pancasila values. Observations showed the implementation of Pancasila values in various aspects of learning and management activities. The foundation's vision and mission have been reflected in the foundation's management which supports teachers in instilling Pancasila values to students. Teachers actively implement Pancasila values through contextual approaches, such as encouraging tolerance, mutual cooperation, and social justice in the classroom.
Jamillah Aqtar, Samsul Bahri, M. Traditional methods are mostly non-scalable, cannot be adapted to different situations and cannot even sometimes recognize the same fault among various conditions. The present work is to compare the fault diagnosing performance of various models based on neural networks (NNs) in electronic circuits and to point out the NN architectures, optimizations and hybrid learning techniques that the FDD performance of the NN models. A thorough literature review study was done for 28 papers attesting the use of NNs in the circuit fault diagnosis written between the years 2016 and 2025 published in the scientific journals of IEEE Xplore, Springer, Elsevier, and MDPI. The types of neural network architectures, fault classification accuracy, noise and dynamics robustness, and benefits from optimization and feature extraction methods were the main aspects of the papers under review. The findings show that multi-valued neuron networks, conditional variational NNs, convolutional neural networks, denoising autoencoders, and optimized backpropagation models continuously outperform the traditional methods by acquiring higher accuracy, faster convergence and robust fault detection even in the most complex and demanding real-time environments. In addition, the training process is made easier and fault identification is made wider by optimization and hybrid learning approaches through improved training efficiency and multi-fault classification. Generally, neural network-based FDD offers an intelligent, adaptive, and resilient solution that has the power to revolutionize the development of future electronic systems with the characteristic of being smart and robust.
Abdulkhaliq Qarizada, Muhammad Babur, Abdurahman Hakimi, Alireza Khalilipour Copyright (c) 2025 ARMADA : Jurnal Penelitian Multidisiplin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1800 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Integrasi Kearifan Lokal dalam Mendorong Literasi Keuangan dan Kemandirian Siswa Berdaya Saing pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Lombok Timur https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1803
This study aims to analyze the integration of local wisdom as a strategic approach to improving financial literacy and independence among students at Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs) in East Lombok. Amidst the challenges of low national financial literacy, local wisdoms such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), begawe (joint work), begibung (joint work), family social gatherings (arisan keluarga), and traditional crafts hold significant potential as contextual and accessible learning resources for students. This study employed descriptive qualitative methods through literature review, contextual observation, and thematic analysis to explore cultural values relevant to financial learning. The results indicate that integrating local wisdom into learning improves students' understanding of money management, financial planning, risk management, and entrepreneurial skills through hands-on, experiential activities. Furthermore, this approach contributes to the development of financial character traits such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, and cooperation. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as a lack of culture-based modules, limited supporting facilities, and inadequate teacher training. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between madrasas, local governments, and the community to develop a sustainable, locally based financial literacy model.
Ihsan, Baiq Salkiah Copyright (c) 2025 ARMADA : Jurnal Penelitian Multidisiplin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1803 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000
