Product knowledge is considered a crucial determinant, not only affecting purchase intention directly but also through customer engagement on digital platforms. This study aims to examine the role of customer engagement in mediating the effect of product knowledge on purchase intention in the e-commerce context. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 250 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that product knowledge has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement and purchase intention. Customer engagement also exerts a strong and significant influence on purchase intention. However, the interaction effect reveals that customer engagement does not significantly mediate the relationship between product knowledge and purchase intention. The R-square values demonstrate that the model explains a substantial proportion of variance in purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing product knowledge and effectively managing customer engagement as key strategies for improving consumers’ purchase intention in e-commerce marketing.
Firdaus M. This study aims to critically examine the concept, application, and interpretation of force majeure in the Indonesian contract law system and reconstruct it as an instrument for correcting injustice that is oriented towards balancing the interests of the parties. The research uses a normative legal method with a legislative and conceptual approach, relying on the analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials collected through literature studies and analyzed qualitatively and prescriptively. The results show that force majeure in practice is more often operated as a formalistic exculpatory mechanism than as a means of fair risk redistribution, so that the burden of pandemic losses tends to be concentrated on small businesses and parties with weak bargaining positions. Through the integration of corrective and distributive justice theories, the principle of freedom of contract, good faith, and public policy in times of crisis, this study offers a layered interpretive framework that encourages renegotiation, proportional loss sharing, and protection of vulnerable parties. These findings imply the need to redesign force majeure clauses, strengthen the orientation toward justice in contract dispute rulings, and develop policies that synergize private contracts with social justice objectives. The agenda for further research remains open
Tri Eka Saputra Muh. Using a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 210 teachers selected through stratified proportional random sampling. The GHQ-28 questionnaire was employed to measure four dimensions of mental health: physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction, and depression. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS version 26. The findings reveal that teachers’ overall mental health is at a moderate or borderline level, indicating the presence of considerable psychological stress. Among the dimensions, depression shows the highest mean score, suggesting a greater vulnerability to emotional distress. However, inferential analysis indicates that demographic variables such as gender, marital status, and teaching experience do not have a significant effect on mental health. This suggests that environmental and occupational factors, including workload, limited resources, and lack of institutional support, play a more dominant role in shaping teachers’ psychological conditions. The study highlights the urgent need for targeted interventions, such as counseling services, stress management programs, and improved organizational support. Enhancing teachers’ mental health is essential not only for their well-being but also for improving teaching quality and educational outcomes.
Suraya Murcitaningrum Muhammad Machsun Copyright (c) 2026 ARMADA : Jurnal Penelitian Multidisiplin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 3 150 158 10.55681/armada.v4i3.1922 Integration of Pancasila Values in Learning to Build Students' Character in the Digital Era https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1923
This research aims to analyze the integration of Pancasila values in learning and its impact on the formation of student character in the digital era in SMAN and MAN in West Lombok Regency. The research background is based on the increasing challenges of globalization and technological developments that have implications for the moral degradation of students, such as low tolerance, increased bullying, and weak social responsibility. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design through observation, interview, and documentation techniques, and is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study show that the integration of Pancasila values is carried out through contextual learning, project-based learning, and reflective discussions. This strategy is able to increase student engagement and provide a more meaningful learning experience. The impact can be seen in increasing tolerance, social responsibility, national and state awareness, and students' ability to think critically about social issues. This shows that Pancasila education plays a role in forming character holistically, not only cognitive, but also affective and behavioral aspects. However, implementation still faces obstacles in the form of limited teacher competence, the negative influence of social media, and a lack of environmental support. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teacher capacity, digital literacy, and collaboration between schools, families, and the community.
Yorman Copyright (c) 2026 ARMADA : Jurnal Penelitian Multidisiplin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 3 159 168 10.55681/armada.v4i3.1923 Strong Character From The East: Traces Of Pancasila and Papuan Culture in Student Sports https://ejournal.45mataram.ac.id/index.php/armada/article/view/1926
This study examines the role of Pancasila values and local Papuan culture in shaping the character of sports students at Cenderawasih University, particularly in strengthening moral, social, and cultural integrity amid globalization challenges. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 29 students from the Sports Education Study Program selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert scale questionnaire covering indicators of Pancasila values (belief in God, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice) and Papuan cultural values (solidarity, togetherness, respect for customs, and collective courage). Data analysis utilized percentage techniques with descriptive classification criteria. The findings reveal that all indicators fall within the outstanding category, with average scores ranging from 84% to 92%. These results indicate that students have successfully internalized values such as religiosity, empathy, cooperation, sportsmanship, fairness, and respect for tradition in both academic and athletic contexts. The study confirms that integrating Pancasila and Papuan cultural values significantly contributes to the development of resilient, ethical, and identity-driven sports students. Therefore, higher education institutions are encouraged to systematically embed these values into curricula, instructional strategies, and extracurricular programs to produce graduates who are not only academically and physically competent but also morally grounded and socially responsible in a globalized world.
Haeruddin Azhari Yorman Muhammad Teguh Prasetyo Muharis M.
